DIPENDRA SINGH PARIHAR
This elevation is a stunning example of Contemporary Ultra-Modern Architecture, characterized by its bold use of "C-frame" massing and a rich mix of textures. It represents a high-end, narrow-plot
1. Architectural Massing: The "C-Frame" Concept
Encapsulating Border: The most striking feature is the thick, dark grey C-shaped outer shell that wraps around the top and side of the building. This frame creates a sense of enclosure and defines the volume of the house.
Curvilinear Corners: The use of rounded edges (filleted corners) on the main frame and the second-floor balcony softens the geometric look, making the design feel more fluid and high-tech.
2. Material Palette & Textures
Wood Finishes: The ceilings of the balconies and the main gate feature vertical wooden louvers (WPC/Aluminum). This adds warmth to the cool grey tones of the exterior.
Stone Cladding: The use of light-colored travertine or textured stone tiles on the vertical wall sections provides a premium, organic contrast to the smooth painted surfaces.
CNC Patterns: The left side of the facade features a unique 3D hexagonal (honeycomb) pattern that transitions from the stone wall, adding a parametric design touch that is very popular in modern luxury homes.
3. Glass & Metal Elements
Frameless Glass Railings: These provide an unobstructed view of the terrace greenery and help maintain the "lightness" of the balconies.
Designer Gate: The main entrance gate uses a laser-cut metal design with a wooden backing, echoing the geometric themes found throughout the facade.
4. Lighting & Landscaping
Cove & Spotlight Integration: The warm white downlights in the wooden ceilings and the up-down wall washers on the stone sections highlight the different textures beautifully during the evening.
Cascading Greenery: The inclusion of hanging plants and terrace shrubs breaks the "hard" lines of the stone and metal, making the home feel more inviting and eco-friendly.
